Every session is 60 minutes, live, with a real tutor on Merit's custom-built platform. It's not Zoom with a worksheet. Groups have a maximum of 5 students. That's a hard cap — not "up to 8 when it suits us." Every Merit tutor holds a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and goes through a careful screening process before working with students. Every single session is recorded — this protects your child, and it also means tutors maintain a high standard because they know the session is on record.
